Climate Focus will work in concert with Fundación Natura, Red Caquetá Paz, and CINDAP to initiate the implementation of a Platform for Information, Dialogue and Coordination (PID) in support of the Colombian Government's initiative for the Amazon Region, 'Visión Amazonía'. The aim of Visión Amazonía is to reduce net deforestation to zero by 2020. The proposed PID will bring together actors and stakeholders, and coordinate with other initiatives in the region, such that policy is implemented in a smooth, coherent fashion.
